The image name substitution documentation has an anchor link to #adding-a-registry-url-prefix-to-image-names-automatically but this anchor does not exist.
Is a feature planned that the registry url can be prefixed? Would be helpful to support private docker registries that mirror docker hub. Otherwise, why is the link in here?
Also, on the top of the page it is written This page describes four approaches for image name substitution, but then only 3 approaches are listed.
