What software are you requesting to be packaged?
devpod - https://github.com/loft-sh/devpod

Describe the motivation

Codespaces but open-source, client-only and unopinionated: Works with any IDE and lets you use any cloud, kubernetes or just localhost docker.

useful for developers, even though it has the appimage version it doesn't work very well, the ideal is a native package
