What software are you requesting to be packaged?

(Linux Mint's sticky notes app)

Describe the motivation
On flathub there are a few libadw notetaking apps and one sticky notes app, but no GTK+ 3 notetaking apps. GNOME Notes seems to be semi-unmaintained and xpad doesn't seem to work in newest Ubuntu versions (not really a good sign). Mint's app on the other hand is maintained as a core component of the desktop experience that they ship.

A GTK+ 3 notetaking app would be great for both flagship and Xfce editions.

Additional context
Shoutout to Notejot, which I had no idea was made by lains (the fyra team is insanely talented)
