What software are you requesting to be packaged?
https://github.com/fcambus/spleen

Describe the motivation
provide high quality alternative to terminus as tty font

Additional context
i'm not particularly familiar with how bitmap fonts work, will need to do further research and look at how fedora does it for other bitmap font RPMs
