This has been released in version 1.35.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example: provider "azurerm" {
version = "~> 1.35.0"
}

Depends on #4463
This makes the provider ready for migration to the standalone SDK.
I ran one acceptance test and I can see that the PR doesn't break anything and it's changing the UA header as expected.
