Is your feature request related to a problem?

I have a script that pauses the current player if another one starts to play. It works through MPRIS fine and well, but when I listen to voice messages or open videos in TDesktop it doesn't report anything so it's annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like

MPRIS support for videos and voice messages would be great. A full proper support would be nice, but at least a way to see and play/pause is enough for my specific use case.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried to use Telegram Web.
I've lasted for 30 minutes so it's not a viable alternative.
