Open telegram and upload a continous stream of videos to a private channel, its starts fast at 100mb/s and now its at 1mb/s.
Today its even worse at 500kb/s:
My wifi is 100mb/s download upload and I paid premium coz I thought telegram was going to use my entire bandwidth or close to that.
1mb/s download upload?? seriously? Am a premium member, and the popup "Upgrade to premium to get 10 times faster speed" seems to be a lie.
