feature: to make able to disable stream video

Is your feature request related to a problem?

now we can to disable sound when we join to stream on channel,
but we can not to disable video when we join to stream on channel

when we join to stream for listen what somebody talks --
video is not required,

also when we use unstable mobile internet -- this non-required video also can to fill internet channel and
you can not use internet in browser for browsing websites while listening stream in background.. ((

Describe the solution you'd like

please make able for user to disable stream video for himself --
like user can to disable stream sound for himself now
