Inline Keyboard doesn't show when show_caption_above_media=true

Steps to reproduce

From the Bot API
Send a media message with the parameter show_caption_above_media = true

Expected behaviour

The buttons should be displayed

Actual behaviour

It works on Windows and mobile, but not on this version of Telegram on Mac 11.5.269857
I had another user with version 11.4.269392 and the buttons are displayed when show_caption_above_media is true

Problem on Mac OS - Telegram 11.5.269857 and 11.5.269855

Working on Mac OS - Telegram 5.9 downloaded from the official website

Working on Mac OS - Telegram 11.4.269392

I told the user with 11.5.269857 to uninstall his client and download it from the official website, so he got the 5.9. It was then working
