Steps to reproduce

Copy an image to the clipboard
Open an user profile
Click on bottom of user profile picture to open context menu
Select "Suggest from clipboard"

Expected behaviour

Suggest image to user as profile picture.

Actual behaviour

Set the profile picture for user

Manjaro 24

Version of Telegram Desktop
