TEKSI Wastewater plugin is not compatible with QT6 evolution

To Reproduce
Exact steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open QGEP with QGIS 3.39.0 QT6
2. Open Extensions Manager
3. See error / not compatible plugins

Expected behavior
Prepare the transition to QT6 for future QGIS releases.

As we rely on Document management System and Linking Relation Editor, those need Qt6-Compatibility too

@ponceta Would be a good idea to go for that - the call for proposals will come in the next months as preparation for the QGIS Assembly in January 2025. But potential developers will need time to make an offer for that.
