owner - relation to class organisation needed

In SIA405 Fernwärme Attributes as owner are defined as text attributes:

Eigentuemer: SIA405_Base_LV95.OrganisationBezeichnung;

It is suggested to create relations to the class organisation instead in TEKSI Distance heating.

Discuss if there are other attributes with a relation to organisation in the data model:

• Bauwerk.Bauunternehmung: MANDATORY TEXT*40;
• Leitungsabschnitt.Rohrltg_unternehmung: TEXT*40;
• Trasse. Bauunternehmung: TEXT*40;
