less of an issue, is there a way to add ticker to a watchlist?

Can't find anything in documentation or workaround for adding tickers to a watchlist. I'm able to pull watchlists with the wb.get_watchlists() function. I'd then like to have a way to programmatically add an array of tickers to a webull watchlist. Any suggestions for this?
