Hi I don't fully understand the issue. Can you please elaborate so we can try and reproduce it?

Facing the same issue in legacy bit. Getting the below error when trying to do bit import from workspace.
error: permission to scope hub.bit.dev: was denied

I've removed the component name from the above command. This was working fine until 3 weeks back.

issue found and resolved. SSH agent updated.

Note, if you are using legacy-bit, it is recommended to migrate to Harmony.

Did a bit logout and logged in again. Tried import and getting the same issue.

Tried via ssh authentication and its working fine now.
