###Description

The intro section is the first section the visitor sees upon scrolldown. The section should engage the visitor with information on our value proposition

###Acceptance criteria
-The intro must contain short, comprehensive copy of our value proposition
-The intro must contain illustration
-The intro must respond to mobile and tablet breakpoints
