Upon selecting the Show AC segment wise results for Chandigarh the app crashes

Normal behavior until here https://lokdhaba.ashoka.edu.in/data-vis?et=GE&st=Chandigarh&var=ConstMap&viz=winnerCasteMap&an=17

Upon selecting the AC Segment wise result checkbox : http://103.7.128.220:3001/data-vis?et=GE&st=Chandigarh&var=ConstMap&viz=winnerCasteMap&an=17&seg=true

Crash page error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'toString')

Same behavior for all Union Territories.

union teritories do not have assembly segments. will remove the segment wise checkbox for UTs
