In using ClustVis for PCA within R, could you please tell me the command for exporting the variances each PC is responsible for? Thanks!

Hi MMSKI, see the last command print(str(exp)) in the vignette for the structure of the exported numeric data.

Variances are accessible by exp$pcaVariance.
