Please provide a textual representation of help

I would like to be able to send my talon active contexts to a LLM with a question to help me figure out how to use what I have active. There does not seem to be a way to do this with the current help system. I would really like a method that returns a string representation (could be JSON, or just text) of the current active contexts. It would be nice if this action was accessible from my local talon files.
