fix(bridge-ui-v2): Minor bugfixes and adjustments #15499

Fixes:

Recipient resetting correctly
Metamask rejection toast text
Amount validations was not always triggering correctly

Enhancements:

Now shows "from" and "to" in chain selector
L2->L1 message update
NFT info cards show bridged address as well, for easier import to MM
