This will enable briding to L1, L2, L3, Ln as long as it is configured.
NOTE does not yet support multiple proofs, so L1->L3 or L2->L2 is not yet possible.
The configuration system has been completely refactored to allow more dynamic setups.
This also includes changes for the new contracts as well as several other small fixes in styling and functionality
