[FR] Upload user created media to S3 #157

I am deploying taiga on k8s. I would want to keep the user-uploaded attachments and other media in S3.
This would be a great feature to have because:

Having to maintain volume for this kind of data is not a great developer experience. S3 or S3-compatible storage should be natively supported.
We could directly serve these bulky files straight from S3 to save bandwidth.

Is there a workaround to achieve what I am looking for?
