Hello, I have added in a license file to the repo.
As for publishing to F-Droid, F-Droid needs to build completely from source, and all components need to be free and open source – which is not the case because the app has Crashlytics included. I will move away from using firebase crashlytics to an open source alternative but that is subject to when I have capacity to make the changes.
In the meantime if you want to try the app, the apk is available in the release on github.
