Define and describe the internal process how we further develop this Wiki.

Rough description:

  1. Stakeholder add ideas/requests to the project (Todo)
  2. Stream-Meeting goes through the Todo items and prioritize them
  3. Prioritized Todo items will be converted to issues with a clear description according to DoR (tbd), DoD (tbd), and Delivery object, and due date
  4. Done issues will be linked in the edit message (issue number)
  5. Stream-Meeting reviews and approves the deliverables
    Delivery objects:
  • Define Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
  • Template for issues

Open question: How to take notes of our meetings? Google Docs? Wiki? AI?
