GPS toggle always shows Android location settings dialog #12

Happens under Moto G Adroid 5.1 and Galaxy Tab S2 (6.0.1).
Adding GPS toggle, with whatever GPS options I choose always shows system location settings.
I was looking for a on/off, no settings toggle.

Same thing is happening for me with mobile data, I have Marshmallow with SuperSU 2.79 and the toast message for SU shows, but the toggle pops up the settings dialog instead of toggling. It was working fine earlier, since updating to the latest security patch and SuperSU it is no longer working.
