tried to install this to use it on django. python version is 3.12

any ideas on whats the problem?

i managed to get it to compile by changhing head to 1. now im getting:
django.db.utils.NotSupportedError: RQLite 3.31 or later is required (found 3.10.0).

rqlite version is 8 though......
