Clearing cache when {host} is used in webspace.xml

The UrlHandler uses request-host to clear the cache (see https://github.com/sulu/sulu/blob/develop/src/Sulu/Component/HttpCache/Handler/UrlHandler.php#L66). Therefor the DocumentPublishHandlerwill be called inside a Command this URL will not be generated correctly (because no request is there).

There are three ways to fix it:

• Throw exception when {host} is used in prod (in sulu).
• Fake request in handler with a host which is saved in workload.
• Clear all hosts - with a wildcard (if that works)
• Maybe use this http://symfony.com/doc/current/console/request_context.html#configuring-the-request-context-per-command to inject the current host
