Searching a blocks loads two blocks of the same type #2366

Steps to reproduce:

open search box
type "set temperament"
press enter
This should load one block of set temperament but instead loads two of them.

Same case if you search "if" block. Probably many other blocks as well.
I think this issue is related to #2317

seems like blocks load twice when we press enter , and only once when we simply click .
