Fee calculation question

i'm trying to understand how the fee is being calculated. Was not able to find any related docs about fee calculation based on event.
So, for example, let take a look at this transaction
Calculated fee is : 0.0156000014 DOT
The events related to fee are:
DustLost: 0.0124800011 DOT
Deposit (2 events) : 0.0031200003 DOT and 0.0031200003 DOT.
So calculated fee should be 0.0124800011 + 0.0031200003 + 0.0031200003 = 0.01872002 DOT
But on explorer there is value of 0.0156000014 DOT

I think it was calculated as 0.0124800011 + 0.0031200003, but why the second deposit event was not taken into account?
