能否做一个根据词频统计词汇量的功能 #346

网上找的词库词汇量太大，想过滤导出常用的词汇，不知道各阶段词频都有多少个词汇，希望能够做个统计工具，能够列出各阶段数量。例如：

词频小于100的有 XXX 个。
词频大于100小于1000的有XXX个。
词频大于1000小于2000的有XXX个。
词频大于2000小于3000的有XXX个。
...
词频大于10000的有XXX个。
