Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As per apple's requirements for publishing with tap to pay I need a view that "educates merchants" more info here

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have this feature implement as a simple function which can be called to prompt it

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can create a custom UI view instead
