Tag select dialog pops up when not expected

I running Arch with the Gnome (47) desktop and scaled the app to 1.25. On several occasions this afternoon the tag select dialog popped up when I was the close to the title area but not in the tags area. For example, putting my cursor in the title area caused the tag selection dialog to pop up. I had a similar experience when clicking into the body of a note.
