[6.0] update react native dependency to 0.64.1 and react to 17 #168

There might be some issues with other dependencies here.

Make sure that @storybook/api doesn't cause a clash with react versions.

update react native version in example project to 0.64.1
update all react dependencies in the project to 17
update the resolutions field for react to 17
