Apple Mac - EPIPE error on load using VSCode CLI #9

Using the following command parameters I am loading the same data as I have successfully dumped. I am getting an EPIPE error.

I'm running on a new Apple Mac, so am wondering if I am missing something in my base machine setup?

sfdx automig:load -u Staging -d ./data -m

Error: write EPIPE
    at WriteWrap.onWriteComplete [as oncomplete] (internal/stream_base_commons.js:92:16) {
  errno: 'EPIPE',
  code: 'EPIPE',
  syscall: 'write'
}
ERROR running automig:load:  write EPIPE
Error: read ECONNRESET

}
