Divine Essence Resets Cooldowns

Divine Essence Spell can be reused to reset cooldowns. Being used to abuse stun spell cooldowns and stun lock bosses.

Divine Essence, Changing Weapon, Flight all have this bug. I dont really think we can fix it since there is no trigger to get the timer for ability cooldown. The only think we can probably do is Force Ability go on cooldown after changing the class
