[Bug]: SSV DKG 3.0.0 not working out of the box

Bug Description

The SSV DKG service does not work out of the box in version 3.0.0 because ethEndpointURL is not set in the SSV config by Stereum:

Workarround: Set ethEndpointURL manually via Stereum SSV DKG CONFIGURATION:

Furture releases of Stereum need to set ethEndpointURL during service installation if SSV DKG is >= 3.0.0.
