Allow @Inject annotated constructors to send Exceptions

The factory could send a runtime exception wrapping the exception.
The call might normally fail at runtime and provide a nice stack trace.

This woulld help MGA to decouple some code (pojos & daos as daos base classes throw an exception at construction time).

An extension is to do the same for methods injection.
