To cover more edge cases, we probably want ~50% of the generated diagnosis codes diagnosekode in diagnoser to fall within "DO0[0-6]", "DO8[0-4]" and "DZ3[37]" (pregnancies) or "DE1[0-4] (diabetes), since these are the codes we need to work with.
Similarly for the LPR3 data in c_diag of lpr_diag, we also want oversampling of the above values for icd-10 codes. We may also want to oversample diabetes diagnoses among the icd-8 codes in c_diag: 249xxx and 250xxx (we don't use pregnancy codes from icd-8), but that can wait.
