As a sender user, I want the system to notify me through a special drawer if the collectible I'm sending is not related to the network set up for the receiver user.

Acceptance criteria:

1. The sender user selects collectible during the sending flow.
2. The sender user enters or selects the address of the receiver user with a preferred network that is different from the network to which the selected collectible belongs.
3. If the collectible's network does not match the receiver's preferred network, a special drawer should be shown to the sender user with the notification "Sending to unpreferred network." as per design
