Action confirmations close when validation fails #1576

Choose an action with fields with validation rules - eg. the "Move Asset" action
Confirm, but without valid fields - eg. Don't choose a folder.
You get a validation error and the action doesn't run. However the modal still closes and the listing refreshes like it would on success.
