Just like in the settings for scenes, performers or movies it would be useful to be able to select which thumbnail is shown for an individual image gallery rather than being forced to having selected a random one.

I think it could be possible to either choose one image from the gallery itself or have an upload button for the gallery thumbnail similar to the one mentioned above.
