Create a Design Document / Design Scratchpad

Past experience at PPL taught me that if we don't put thoughts and design ideas into words and figures, at some point we just end up creating a gigantic dump of undocumented code where future contributors will spend days and nights trying to figure out what we have done. Lack of documentation also pushes potential contributors away.

I will create a design doc for organizing these ideas and we can use the doc for better communication. It will also help us track progress down the road.
