Store level progress in session storage even when not logged in?

Need to clear on logout, but can probably allow to persist through login

@sspenst, I opened this level via Discord (through the #notif channel), but I forgot to log in, so when I beat it the system asked me to sign up. However, when I pressed the button and logged in, I was directed to the Homepage and lost all my progress. Any chance to fix this, please? (Something like not being able to play levels with more than 100 steps without logging in would do, I guess). As for the level itself, why does it have "Bachelor" difficulty if there is no way to lose steps on this one?
