Describe the feature

Current the ODE SEIR model template in development does not have spatiality included.

This issue tracks the inclusion of this feature.

Beyond extending the state space to account for spatiality, we also need to extend the activity module (?) to account model the connectedness of the spatial regions.
Here we can use different approaches like that used for the hybrid popIBM and something like the (Deep) gravity model for mobility:

What use will this feature have?

Allowing us to model larger spatial regions in a single model, or to model situations with substantial spatial heterogeneity.

Who should add the feature?
