Pop up action guide hiding the conversation

When we type something like /me some text we get a popup saying "Send an action message to the channel".

Is there a way to toggle this off? It actually hides the first line of the conversation when it pops up.

Feels it may not be needed. If needed is there / or could a toggle be added to switch it off.
