liteAccordion has not been supported since 2015 and was never responsive. It's far from ideal to have one of the elements provided by this plugin not be responsive, so it should be replaced with something that is responsive and supported, even if that means developing something from scratch. Any replacement would need to either be compatible with liteAccordion or enabled through some sort of switch, to avoid breaking any websites that are using the horizontal accordions element in its current form.
