关于做事：
1、团队精神

几乎没有任何研究是可以靠个人的力量来完成的
在现代社会中，我们不能有『英雄』的思想
在团队中，必须有奉献精神
在团队协作方面，我们的理解还太少太少
好的研究：多个人做一件事情，利用前人经验
不好的研究：每个人做一件事情，每个人都从头开始
能否每个人在几年内多做几件事情，能否多个人在短时间形成协作

2、沟通

沟通是研究过程中必须的环节
在一个软件项目中，超过50%的时间花在沟通
沟通常常促进思路的完善和新思想的出现
只有提高沟通的质量，才能提高研究的质量
沟通应该是发自内心的需要，而不需要强迫
信任、开放是沟通的基础

注意随时记录下你的idea
IT这个行业，知识更新的速度很快，但是思想和方法的变化是缓慢的
