Rename last step of the pipeline from Rollback Blue

Current master branch pipeline shows a step called Rollback blue at the end of the pipeline, but word blue has not been mentioned before in any of the previous step. To avoid confusion, it would make sense to name it something like Rollback previous version or something like that.
