Hello, I'm a Software Engineer and Computer Science PhD from France. I'm interested in network protocols and applications, particularly distributed ones.
I'm am the author of libdatachannel, a WebRTC and WebSockets C/C++ standalone library, of libjuice, a lightweight UDP Interactive Connectivity Establishment library, and of Violet, a lightweight STUN/TURN server. I think WebRTC is a great opportunity to re-decentralize the Web by directly connecting browsers and native applications. π
I have added WebTorrent support to libtorrent, a library implementing the BitTorrent protocol, opening exciting possibilities for peer-to-peer file exchanges between browsers and native clients!
I plan to do the same for the transmission BitTorrent client when I have the opportunity.
I also maintain a GnuTLS wrapper for Boost.Asio.
Otherwise, I like working on robots and tinkering with Minitels! Check out my blog π€
