In 2014, I received my B.Sc. in Information Systems from Santa Catarina State University (Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, UDESC). In the same year, I submitted my application for the master's degree at Federal University of Paraná (Universidade Federal do Paraná, UFPR), in Curitiba, Brazil, and followed a highly competitive admission process. I started my M.Sc. in Informatics in 2015 and completed my degree 2017. I immediately continued my Ph.D. studies at the same institution and became a Research Group on Software Engineering (Grupo de Pesquisa em Engenharia de Software, GrES) there. I completed my doctoral degree in 2021.

Regarding my professional experience, before starting my master's degree I worked for over 3 years for the industry with the design and development of large-scale enterprise solutions and as an outsource for Scania Latin America. During my master’s degree, I worked by 13 months with Research, Development, and Innovation for Institutes Lactec (Institute of Technological Development) which is a nonprofit, self-sustainable, private research center and one of the largest science and technology centers in Brazil. I have also worked as a lecturer at university level, at UDESC (02/2018-05/2018) and at UFPR since May 2018. I lectured about systems analysis and data structure at Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, and about introduction to programming within different courses at Universidade Federal do Paraná, such as Agronomy, Civil Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. Additionally, I have also served as a reviewer for: 31º International Conference on Software Engineering & Knowledge Engineering (SEKE) 2019, Journal of Software Engineering Research and Development (JSERD), and Journal of Systems and Software (JSS).
