I decided to start developing philosophy tools after graduating from college because the world I knew when I started was not the world I knew when I finished. In other words, what I know changed fundamentally, not in the sense that I had acquired more brute facts and memorized more formulas I could recite on the job. I mean it in the sense that I realized how dead wrong I was about some of my certainties. And I am a better person for that.

I also realized that what the world needed wasn’t simply more people who can code; it needed philosophy. Philosophy has lost its mainstream voice, but I believe the world needs it more than ever. We all do in times like this.

MyPhi is my way of trying to create something that helps people think a little more philosophically and re-discover their love of truth.
